Service and Warranty

SRI products include a two year warranty ( except for consumable parts ).  When you call for tech support you will be pleased to discover that we do not have a confusing and frustrating automated answering system. 
 

Instead, you will be connected to a knowledgeable technician immediately.  If we can not fix the problem over the phone or send you the required parts for your installation, we will suggest you FEDX the unit back to us in the heavy-duty re-useable shipping container shown at right and below.  This container ( which comes standard with every GC )is specially designed to make packing your instrument easy and convenient.
 

When your unit arrives, we will normally make repairs and re-ship within 48 hours.  In most cases you will have your unit back within 72 hours of the original complaint. ( slightly longer for non-US destinations ) 
 
 
 

This is faster than most instrument companies can even schedule an on-site service call.  Because we have all the required parts readily available and well trained repair technicians we will fix it right the first time, test it and obtain your approval before we send it back to you

Because of the GC's small size and light weight it is easy to handle.
SRI will repair and test your GC and quickly return it to you.
